Tv\u00e4rf\u00f6rbindelse S\u00f6dert\u00f6rn \u00e4r en stor t\u00e4tortsn\u00e4ra motorv\u00e4g som ligger p\u00e5 Trafikverkets ritbord. V\u00e4gen planeras som en 20 km l\u00e5ng helt ny motorv\u00e4g, och en direkt f\u00f6rl\u00e4ngning av F\u00f6rbifart Stockholm. Den \u00e4r t\u00e4nkt att g\u00e5 mellan E4\/E20 vid V\u00e5rby backe i Kungens kurva, till v\u00e4g 73 i Haninge. Tv\u00e4rf\u00f6rbindelse S\u00f6dert\u00f6rn \u00e4r en v\u00e4rsting i sin klass och utg\u00f6r ett nationellt hot mot klimatpolitiken. Men tyv\u00e4rr finns det ocks\u00e5 fler liknande projekt runt om i landet.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">De svenska klimatm\u00e5len<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #212121; mso-fareast-language: SV;\">Riksdagen antog 2017 ett klimatpolitiskt ramverk f\u00f6r Sverige, som inneh\u00e5ller nya klimatm\u00e5l, en klimatlag och ett klimatpolitiskt r\u00e5d. Senast 2045 ska utsl\u00e4ppen vara netto-noll, och Sverige ska inte ha n\u00e5gra nettoutsl\u00e4pp av v\u00e4xthusgaser till atmosf\u00e4ren. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: SV;\">Naturv\u00e5rdsverket\u00a0redovisade nyligen en f\u00f6rdjupad utredning av arbetet med milj\u00f6m\u00e5len, och d\u00e4r redog\u00f6rs f\u00f6r en rad n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga samh\u00e4llsf\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar. Exempelvis ska bebyggelse planeras s\u00e5 att resandet mellan st\u00e4der och t\u00e4torter g\u00e5r i linje med klimatm\u00e5len, och bilberoendet ska minska<\/span><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; color: #212121;\">.<\/span><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-language: SV;\"> Klimatm\u00e5len \u00e4r tydliga och alla akt\u00f6rer b\u00f6r ha sin uppgift klar f\u00f6r sig. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r \u00e4r det ytterst m\u00e4rkligt att arbetet med \u00e4nnu en statlig motorv\u00e4g fortskrider, en v\u00e4g som inte bara dr\u00e4nerar annat klimatarbete utan ocks\u00e5 kanske \u00e4r olaglig? \u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Naturv\u00e5rdsverkets svidande kritik<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Naturv\u00e5rdsverket har tre g\u00e5nger kritiserat Trafikverkets arbete med Tv\u00e4rf\u00f6rbindelse S\u00f6dert\u00f6rn, senast i februari 2019. De skriver bland annat att bilen ges konkurrensf\u00f6rdel och att cyklisterna s\u00e4tts p\u00e5 undantag. V\u00e4gen planeras i delar genom t\u00e4tbebyggt omr\u00e5de, d\u00e4r luftf\u00f6roreningar och bullermattor kommer p\u00e5verka m\u00e4nniskors h\u00e4lsa negativt. Andra l\u00e5nga avsnitt planeras i naturreservat, riksintresse f\u00f6r friluftsliv och kommer f\u00f6r all framtid leda till skador som inte g\u00e5r att reparera. Naturv\u00e5rdsverket ryter ifr\u00e5n p\u00e5 sitt myndighetsspr\u00e5k!<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Ol\u00f6st finansiering<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Det har varit m\u00e5nga turer om finansieringen av Tv\u00e4rf\u00f6rbindelse S\u00f6dert\u00f6rn. N\u00e4r n<span style=\"color: #262626;\">ationella planen f\u00f6r transportsystemet (2018-2019) presenterades, fick projektet endast 4,6 mdr kronor av totala ca 10,3 mdr kronor.<\/span> <span style=\"color: #262626;\">Kommunledningarna i de \u00e5tta kommunerna s\u00f6der om Stockholm, som sedan decennier lobbat h\u00e5rt f\u00f6r \u201dsin\u201d v\u00e4g <b>blev<\/b> mycket bittra. De forts\u00e4tter bearbeta alla niv\u00e5er f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 till st\u00e5nd en \u00e4ndring. I februari skrev de i ett argt brev till Trafikverket: \u201d<\/span>Tv\u00e4rf\u00f6rbindelse S\u00f6dert\u00f6rn utg\u00f6r en f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning f\u00f6r v\u00e5r utveckling och \u00e4r en saknad l\u00e4nk i det regionala trafiksystemet.\u201d <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Kommunerna k\u00e4mpar h\u00e5rt f\u00f6r investeringar som leder till fortsatt bilberoende. Deras agerande \u00e4r allvarligt och ska kritiseras p\u00e5 en rad punkter. De har under \u00e5ren b\u00e5de tr\u00e4ngt undan moderna investeringar i g\u00e5ng\/cykel- och kollektivtrafik, och \u00e4ven f\u00f6rsl\u00f6sat stora medel genom sin grova felplanering. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Kraften i medborgerliga initiativ<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 16.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;\">Det ligger ett trendbrott i luften genom de medborgerliga initiativ vi ser. Ju fler vi \u00e4r som engagerar oss och kr\u00e4ver att v\u00e5ra politiker levererar resultat i linje med klimatm\u00e5len, ju st\u00f6rre chans har vi!
