font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SV;\">Med i studien togs bl\u00e5b\u00e4r, jordgubbar, mor\u00f6tter, broccoli, gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor, gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor, majs och spenat. Unders\u00f6kningen tog h\u00e4nsyn till skillnaden mellan de olika metoderna att sk\u00f6rda, hantering och f\u00f6rvaring. Precis som vid till exempel torghandel med frukt och gr\u00f6nt var b\u00e4r och gr\u00f6nsaker lokalt odlade. All hantering vid sk\u00f6rd och f\u00f6rvaring sk\u00f6ttes av unders\u00f6kningsteamet.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SV;\">Gr\u00f6nsaker och b\u00e4r analyserades d\u00e4refter med avseende p\u00e5 n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5ll och frystes in inom de f\u00f6rsta 24 timmarna. D\u00e4refter genomf\u00f6rdes nya analyser efter 10 respektive 30 dagars f\u00f6rvaring i fryst tillst\u00e5nd. Den del av sk\u00f6rden som f\u00f6rvarades nysk\u00f6rdad i kylsk\u00e5p analyserades ocks\u00e5 inom 24 timmar, respektive efter 3 och 10 dagars f\u00f6rvaring. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SV;\">Likv\u00e4rdiga<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SV;\">Studien visar att frysta produkter \u00e4r generellt ungef\u00e4r likv\u00e4rdiga med f\u00e4rska, under f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttning att de f\u00e4rska kommer snabbt till kylf\u00f6rvaring. Om de f\u00e4rska inte kylf\u00f6rvaras s\u00e5 sjunker n\u00e4ringsinneh\u00e5llet snabbt.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SV;\">Ofta tror konsumenter att f\u00e4rskt \u00e4r b\u00e4ttre \u00e4n fryst, vilket allts\u00e5 inte st\u00e4mmer. Inneh\u00e5llet av exempelvis vitamin E och flera olika mineraler \u00e4r i regel b\u00e4ttre bevarade i den frysta produkten. Koncentrationen av vattenl\u00f6sliga vitaminer, s\u00e5som B2 och C, kan till och med \u00f6ka i den frysta gr\u00f6nsaken\/b\u00e4ret. B\u00e5de fibrer och antioxidanter och andra h\u00e4lsobringande best\u00e5ndsdelar av gr\u00f6nsaken\/b\u00e4ret \u00e4r f\u00f6r det mesta lika v\u00e4l bevarade i frysta gr\u00f6nsaker och b\u00e4r som i f\u00e4rska.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><b><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SV;\">Beh\u00e5ller n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-ansi-language: SV;\">I kyldiskarna finns det en m\u00e4ngd gr\u00f6nsaker\/b\u00e4r att k\u00f6pa. Ofta sker infrysningen av dessa i omedelbar anslutning till sk\u00f6rden och de beh\u00e5ller d\u00e4rmed sina n\u00e4rings\u00e4mnen bra, enligt studien. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\">\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\" style=\"text-align: right;\" align=\"right\"><b><i><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif;
