J\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsoperat\u00f6rerna \u00e4r allts\u00e5 de som k\u00f6r t\u00e5gen och som d\u00e4rmed driver\nverksamheten p\u00e5 t\u00e5gn\u00e4tet. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;\nmso-ansi-language:SV\">Inlandsbanans j\u00e4rnv\u00e4g \u00e4r oelektrifierad s\u00e5 det inneb\u00e4r\natt man m\u00e5ste k\u00f6ra med n\u00e5gon annan typ av drivmedel \u00e4n el. I dag k\u00f6r man i\nprincip uteslutande med n\u00e5gon form av flytande drivmedel s\u00e5som vanlig diesel\neller HVO, alternativt RME. Men eftersom dieseln \u00e4r dyrare har bland annat\ngodstrafiken s\u00f6kt sig till den elektrifierade j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gen. Det har f\u00e5tt till\nf\u00f6ljd att Inlandsbanan \u00e4r mindre attraktiv som transportled. Vi har s\u00f6kt en\nannan typ av br\u00e4nsle f\u00f6r att kunna k\u00f6ra modernt och h\u00e5llbart p\u00e5 Inlandsbanan\noch det \u00e4r h\u00e4r v\u00e4tgasen kommer in. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;\nmso-ansi-language:SV\">Tittar man p\u00e5 energikostnaden s\u00e5 ser man att det skulle\nvara h\u00e4lften s\u00e5 dyrt att k\u00f6ra p\u00e5 v\u00e4tgas i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r diesel. Redan nu g\u00e5r\npriset p\u00e5 gr\u00f6n energi fr\u00e5n vind och sol stadigt ner medan det finns en oro f\u00f6r\nprisutvecklingen p\u00e5 biodrivmedel. V\u00e5r drivkraft \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att hitta\nsamarbetsformer och en infrastruktur m\u00f6jlig att bygga upp f\u00f6r att t\u00e5gtrafiken\np\u00e5 Inlandsbanan ska framf\u00f6ras med v\u00e4tgas i st\u00e4llet. Det skulle b\u00e5de vara\nbilligare och mer robust samtidigt som det \u00e4r milj\u00f6m\u00e4ssigt h\u00e5llbart. Vi skulle\ninte ens beh\u00f6va k\u00f6pa nya lok initialt eftersom det g\u00e5r att bygga om de\ndieseldrivna lok som finns idag till v\u00e4tgasdrivna. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p><b><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;mso-ansi-language:\nSV\">Hur \u00e4r det t\u00e4nkt att finansieras?<\/span><\/b><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size:\n14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;mso-ansi-language:SV\"><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif;\nmso-ansi-language:SV\">\u2013 Dels finns det en betalvilja ifr\u00e5n marknaden i och med\natt det blir en halvering av drivmedelskostnaden i j\u00e4mf\u00f6relse med dieseln. Det\ninneb\u00e4r att en del av kostnaden kan de som brukar j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gen vara med och\nbetala. Sedan \u00e4r j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gen i Sverige skattesubventionerad till ungef\u00e4r fyra\nfemtedelar.
