Lysekils Hamn har kontakt med f\u00f6retag, som vill frakta upp till\n180000 ton gods per \u00e5r p\u00e5 j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gen trots hastigheten 40 km\/timme. Men\nTrafikverket v\u00e4grar att uppl\u00e5ta banan f\u00f6r trafik.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">Efter\natt ha blockerat godstrafik under flera \u00e5r planerar Trafikverket att riva\nLysekilsbanan. Ett f\u00f6rsta steg \u00e4r beslutet 2018 att upph\u00f6ra med banans\nunderh\u00e5ll trots att tillfr\u00e5gade remissinstanser \u00f6verlag var negativa till\nbeslutet. Den aktuella moment 22-situationen kritiserades; bristande j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsunderh\u00e5ll,\nleder till minskad j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gstrafik som leder till nedl\u00e4ggning av j\u00e4rnv\u00e4g. Trots\ndessa samst\u00e4mmiga avr\u00e5danden blir Trafikverkets slutsats: \u201dInga yttrande har\ninkommit varken under intern- eller vid extern remissens samr\u00e5dstid som leder\ntill en ompr\u00f6vning\u201d.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">Trafik\np\u00e5 Lysekilsbanan skulle vara en del i framtidens samh\u00e4lle genom att vara\nfossilfri, utnyttja inhemsk el-energi, ha stor lastkapacitet och vara ett\nrelativt s\u00e4kert transportalternativ.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\">\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/p><p class=\"MsoNoSpacing\"><span lang=\"SV\" style=\"font-size:14.0pt;font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif\">Ett\ngenerellt stopp f\u00f6r nedl\u00e4ggning av j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gar borde g\u00e4lla tills nya\nv\u00e4rderingsprinciper med h\u00e4nsyn till Parisavtalets m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning finns p\u00e5 plats.<span style=\"letter-spacing:.2pt\"> <\/span><o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Lysekilsbanan \u00e4r en 35 km l\u00e5ng elektrifierad j\u00e4rnv\u00e4g mellan Lysekil och Munkedal l\u00e4ngs norra Bohusbanan.
